I made two orders one send to Australia, one send to China both via DHL, but both orders are missing by DHL. I have to reorder one, this time Kim send it via UPS, I received it. Hopeful, DHL should be remove from DrVita list.

While I do like your product that I used (6 x vitamin), your use of automatic ordering (each 6 months) isn't good. To receive the lower price, I would order using reorder method to get the lower price. Upon receiving product, I always called your company to cancel the reorder. Last time, product was sent to me anyway (at an address I no longer live) and now I've had to challenge this billing on my credit card. Why not simply give good pricing without reorder?
