I am really glad I have done this but can understand some of the frustrations people have. It does take an hour to get through but when you do, the ladies are lovely. The website is awful and really needs some work. The product is what they said and does what it says. Biggest surprise is how I don’t want to exercise but I am slowly getting back into it. I have lost 18lb so far (6months) so slow and steady but - I have had 2 holidays and Christmas in that time so I’m happy with that. It has also help me cut down my intake of alcohol which is not a bad thing! Overall a 3/4 rating.

Having been persuaded by a sales person to try the alternative I feel a bit shafted as it didn’t do anything and it was incredibly expensive
