Poor service - poor value for money
The service you receive is poor, from delivery of the goods (no icepack, no sharp's box) the access to support is non existent, theres no portal to speak with anyone once your on the plan. My meds arrived late on the second instalment. I had to chase them to find out where it was. The cost does not reflect service and I would advise you use another provider. There are far better options out there with a robust support option for less money.
