Disappointing Process

I did not receive some of the items I ordered. I spent time calling customer service and leaving several message - no response. I finally emailed them and was eventually contacted and was told that the 1 item was out of stock and being revamped. I was also told that I would be informed when the item was back in stock so that the pricing would be matched but they have been silent and I’m still waiting to hear back - although I keep getting marketing emails that the item is available. It is just very disappointing because I really love the products.

Incorrect Order

I received the incorrect order and have called multiple times to get the order corrected with no response back. I have emailed and still no response. AlI want is the correct order.

I specifically bought these because

I specifically bought these because it was a buy one get one free deal. However, apparently it kicked the deal oht and when I reached out after only receiving 1 - they were unwilling to ship the second one that was supposed to be free. I recommend this brand to all of my friends and family, so this was very disappointing to say the least.

Products received with my most

Products received with my most recent order appear to be from a bad batch or expired (don't look/feel/smell like prior purchases of these same items), but your company has not yet responded (2 months later) to my attempts to rectify the situation or offered any tangible resolution. I cannot recommend or endorse a company who seems more than happy to take my money and run when something goes wrong.
