COMPLETE SCAM

Purchased products during a Black Friday sale. When the order arrived, it was missing one product - I got no response from customer care when I reached out asking if there would be another shipment coming, so I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get their attention. Finally did receive the complete order, but when I started using the products, noticed the moisturizer smelled off (glue or paint or something of that nature) and the serum was more tacky than usual. I've used these products for years without issues, but my skin reacted to the most recent order (redness, breakouts, etc). Again tried to contact customer care with no tangible response received in over 2 months now. Also filed a BBB complaint, to which the company still did not respond. This company is a complete joke who will take your money and run, leaving you with bad versions of products that used to be good. Buy at your own risk and please use a CC or something with good consumer protection.

Didn't receive all products

I sent a message on 1/8 that I was missing a product with my birthday code and had no samples. I received an email from Kimberly Robayo on 1/22 apologizing and stating they would send my order. I have replied 3 times to follow up and no return messages or my missing items. I love the products, but the communication isn't great. I might have to order elsewhere from now on.

Terrible service

I was sent and attempted to use a discount offer during the holidays and it never was applied and I emailed and called your company multiple times to response. I was and am very unhappy.
