cannot get a response from customer service after many attemptsI. *attempted a chat, no response! *No one ever answers the toll-free number to assist you with your problem, so you have to leave a voicemail . I left a third voicemail, because no one answers during business hours. * sent an email yesterday, so I am trying to be patient awaiting a response . This was a splurge for me, and I had high hopes for the LED mask , but the blue light is not blue at all.

Horrible Customer Service

I received the wrong package (mix up at FedEx). After calling FedEx and the other company they told me Dr. Dennis Gross is the only one to fix the problem. I called and left a message twice and emailed. They emailed back and said they’d re-ship my order and to expect it in 5-10 days. Over 2 weeks later and nothing. I emailed, tried online chat option and called 20-30 times before finally reaching someone. They seemed to have no idea about my order and ended up refunding me, at least that part was fast.. It’s unfortunate because I was excited to try their product, but they just lost a customer.
