Ordered products 10 days ago still waiting to get order ordered Retinol wrinkle recovery peel. The pads inside seemed dried out not much help if product dried up. Feel was over priced and worthless. I put little water to be able to get it on, no help felt was not worth buying! Ordered 4-3-21 order #283665847

I know I just paid for a product and I should be happy to get that product (I am very pleased with the product, by the way), but for spending almost $500 on a skincare device I expected a little more than a dented cardboard box and a device that was covered in fingerprints.

I had a mess of a time trying to redeem the $75 that was given me for participation in your survey. Took weeks for someone to finally get the code to work. She had to order my products..wrong products arrive. Customer Service manager says she will send correct product..never arrived called again. she did not know why order did not process..finally almost 2 months later I got products with thanks. I will probably order future products from Sephora and not your site. Sad.

Customer service takes too long. I waited 4 days for a response before sending another email about a damaged product. In the past I've had to send MULTIPLE emails over WEEKS to get a reply. Your product is expensive...you should have enough money to hire more people.
