Placing an Order

I’ve made several attempts to contact you regarding the website conversion…I’ve not been able to reset my password or login since you converted over several weeks ago. Then while attempting to use the VIPEARLYACCESS21 code, I kept getting a message that my zip code was incorrect. Can’t even tell you how many times I attempted to make the purchase. Eventually, I changed credit cards & of course by then the code was not longer valid.

Plastic smell, bad customer service

I’ve been using this product for about 5 years (and been very happy with it). However, the last jar of moisturizer smells very strongly of plastic, which is highly upsetting when you pay almost $70. I tried to reach out to customer service via chat and email with no response.

Wrong Order

The website was glitchy so I had to enlist the help of a chat employee to order my items, it was a frustrating process. I finally got my items ordered and the order was delivered wrong and missing items. They claim they were sold out of the item but there was no mention of this while fulfilling my order, only when I reported my order wrong did they say that the product must’ve been out of stock at the time of fulfillment. They did offer a refund but it took days to come through. Very disappointed.

If I could give your service a zero I would. I have made several attempts through each medium to contact your company, via telephone messages, emails and live chats. It has been over a week and to date I have not received a response. I purchased an eye device in order #6144477. The eye device was not included in the shipment . I would like you to send me the device!

Very disappointed. I placed a big order prior to this one and I ordered my sun screen spf 50 and you were out of it. Second time I ordered two of it with other stuff because it didn’t show that you were out of stock and I got everything except the sun screen. If you don’t have it say it’s out of stock. I have been for two months without sunscreen waiting for my order to arrive. Also your orders take quite a long time to receive. I love my products but my issues are the 2 above points
