Love the products but one of the items in my order was out of stock and I was never notified or given the option to select something else and I did not know until my order was delivered and I thought the product was missing and had to contact customer service.

Extremely poor customer service.

I have been a faithful customer since your early days. I am growing away from every moisturizer in your arsenal and am hating every one of them at present. Products that have been discontinued are sorely missed and the formula changes are noticeable from the current ones. I used to want to take a bath in all your oil free formulas, but now they feel cheap and sticky and don’t moisturize very well or absorb tge way they used to. Not sure if you like the rest of the beauty and fashion brands are hemorrhaging quality because of the current financial state of the world, but it is beginning to feel that way.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Clears my skin , calms it and makes it much more even. That being said, the price is a bit steep for the average person.

I recently placed an order with multiple items in it and it arrived a couple of days ago. While the items inside the box were in perfect condition, there was a moisturizer I ordered missing. It wasn’t on the packing slip either. I called customer service and had to leave a message. regarding the missing item. I asked for a call back to let me know why my item was missing & when to expect it. 2 days later and no call back. That’s bad customer service! I still have no clue why I haven’t received the item. It’s ridiculous to not fulfill a customer’s order & not let them know why. I really like these products as I’ve been using them for years, but what a disappointment on the customer service end.
