Took awhile to receive, glass bottle arrived cracked

Trying to get my item returned and they are giving me the go around!

I loved the device and how it made me feel and wanted to upgrade to a V3 but I have been sending emails to the support team to replace the broken device ( one of the buttons stopped working) and I haven’t received a response for 3 days. The device may be cool but the support is poor and I don’t know if I want to trust this company for a future purchase
