While I love the ebook, I wish it had a listing of all the frequencies

You have a good product … it works and your packaging and instructions are excellent. What I found is that when six feet away from it my whole body felt like it was throbbing, and my head also felt like it was throbbing at the temples so much so that I couldn’t fall asleep … ironic since the unit is supposed to support a good sleep. . I had to turn the unit off so that I could get to sleep. I’m enthusiastic over the benefits listed that the V1 Sound Generator is supposed to do but am in need of some advice from you as to what to do, or to ask if I can return the product for a refund.

Does it work? It arrived fine and customer service is fine but I really can’t say it does anything.

So far, not great. Received a dud of a device. Have yet to receive replacement. Team has been responsive but I would think the replacement would have been sent already. I will update my review after I finally get a product that works. Starting to get frustrated.
