not only is this overpriced - the return policy is shit.

The first device didn't work after a bit & I had to jump through hoops to send videos as proof & secure a replacement. The 2nd device was shipped in a large box with no packaging (I thought this was sensitive equipment!) & didn't work properly from the get-go. When going to customer service, they simply sent a routine reply to return the item with ALL packaging & boxes. What a scam. Don't believe the hype!!

The bottle leaked and i wanted to return it. . they said they would send another & never did.

I can’t tell one bit of difference after several weeks of use every night.

I have been trying to return. I have sent photos in twice and have not heard back. Please let me know how to finish the return.
