Horrible customer service response time and order sent to wrong address

Been asking and emailing to return this product. Sent pictures too. Nothing. Not a response or anything

I have waited for a confirmation of return for a week now. Nothing. I have written emails and every time it takes days to get a response as if you are trying to stretch the time so I am no longer in your return window. I am so disappointed.

And I am not talking about the product…. but of the customer support to receive what I paid for! They do not have a customer support line, only email and they respond to emails whenever they want, which is whenever they feel like it…. Terrible business standards! I hate to put bad reviews and very rarely do that…

Horrible support. Very slow customer service response with delivery issues and not responding for return request.
