My order did arrive on time and in excellent shape. I did find the devices too strong for me, and am intending to introduce them very slowly and place them as far away from me as possible. I had requested a refund, and your Team was going to accommodate this for me … however, when I realized that my shipping costs together with the impossible-to-determine-cost of the Customs people as the package crossed the border (which could prove prohibitive), I realized the refund may well cost me more than the cost of the device! Sooo … will need to keep the device and see if I can very very gradually work with it.
