I've been using this for a few reasons, one for sore muscles, tight fascia and stiff joints, but I really lie the 1688 – 552 frequencies for hormonal reasons and helps me sleep at night!!! Only regret is not waiting for the V3 pro as that offers up more frequency possibilities

I was very skeptical about this device. My girlfriend told me about it because I was having sleep issues so I thought that I would give it a try. I got it, used it for the first night and immediately saw a difference. I didn't tell my husband about it and after 3 nights he made a comment that he was sleeping better than he had in many years. I now bring it to work daily and use it at night.
