I must have gotten a knock off because this thing is cheap and doesn’t even play continuously. It goes off after a couple minutes and I have to fiddle with it to get it going again. I won’t buy from you again!

I requested a refund, photos and all, and did not get a response back. I guess they’re just hoping I go away. Terrible company and a scam

Been asking and emailing to return this product. Sent pictures too. Nothing. Not a response or anything

I have waited for a confirmation of return for a week now. Nothing. I have written emails and every time it takes days to get a response as if you are trying to stretch the time so I am no longer in your return window. I am so disappointed.
