Zyppah

It would have been great if the moulding part of Zyppah was more durable. Mine gets worn out after 3 months tops.

I have tried 2 other mouth pieces and a chin strap. Non worked at all. My wife has used earplugs all along. I reluctantly tried the Zyppah and was actually quite surprised in that it reduced the snoring significantly. Not 100 % as advertised but pretty darn good. I am pleased to say the least. The mouth piece does seem a bit small to my bite size but I may order another to see if I can get a little better fit. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. The top of the piece rubs just a little. Enough to mention. I never write reviews so you can be assured this is a real opinion. Jg

I just purchased my second zyppah. They worked great. My only problem is the band across the lounge. On both it tips forward causing the edge to be the only part touching my tongue. It is very irritating. I took it off the first one and it still works fine. Might I add rapping it further around the guard and or grooving the guard so that the band is curves (concave) against the tongue. Thanks

A little uncomfortable at first since you're not used to having an appliance in your mouth when you're trying to go to sleep. However, I got accustomed to it pretty quickly. Seems pretty expensive, but I guess it's worth it in the long run.

I have to say it made a big difference. The only problem is the strap in the back is starting to break off.
