the tongue strap came loose on one side but it may have been due to the molding process where my bite might have been too strong on that side???

the piece is a bit small for my mouth. The back strap seems to be effective, and I snore less.

Still works well. After several months, the device starts to get a bit ragged so I replace it periodically with a new one.

Great product, but I'm having a big issue remolding the mouthpiece for a comfortable fit. I never should have tried to remold it after the first time, I now find it uncomfortsble and not efficient.
