I bought the retinol face
I bought the retinol face serum and the do not age neck cream as part of a promotion where you were given a free retinol eye cream and sleep mask with a $100 purchase. But Dr. Brandt did not honor this promotion, even though I ordered $150 worth of product. I reached out to customer service and was very rudely informed that I placed the order incorrectly. I then asked how to go about fixing the order so I could get the original promotion (the WHOLE reason I placed the order in the first place). But now customer service is not replying to additional emails. Very POOR customer service. And for that reason, I now have negative feelings about this product when I’ve used it. I used it twice and stopped. If Dr. Brandt is going to treat customers so poorly and not honor their promotions, then I don’t have to use their products. Makes me very sad.
