I was told by the representative there because there was a misunderstanding in a discount… That I would receive some travel size and samples in the mail for the inconvenience. Needless to say I did not ever receive them. Must say very disappointed

I ordered when there was a promo for 3 free travel sizes with a purchase of $59 or more. I spent $80 and never received it, I sent an email to customer service twice and never got a reply. False advertising and horrible customer service.

I never received my product and no one responded to my email...I love the product I purchase but I will not order from here again.
