Highly disappointed. Poor customer service!

Didn't know i subscribed with fits order. Tried to cancel all subsequent automatic orders...customer service did not respond to my requests online and via phone to stop charging my credit card. Also, the product doesn't appear to work. All around terrible experience.

no contact from company to correct an error

I received an email thanking me for my MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I did not request to receive what I ordered monthly, it was a ONE TIME ONLY order. I have contacted the company TWICE by email. I have not received a reply and do not know how to stop them from sending me what I ordered on a monthly basis.

Customer service said they would

Customer service said they would send me a link to gain access to my subscription and they never added the link. I asked for it again, and no one responded back.

Worst under eye product in n the market

This is a horrible product. Literally a pink clay like paste. You ruin your under eyes actually trying to apply it and then it looks like pink makeup. This should be removed from the product line. It’s an insulting product

I’ve written to you two

I’ve written to you two times regarding your DNA for nighttime product I have never received a reply and I find this very poor customer service I still want to know about the DNA for night and why it is not the same price as the daytime when you put them on special if it’s still available?
