I love the DNA products, both A.m. and P.M. I ordered the A.M. on the Labor Day sale. TWICE, I I wrote to Dr. Brandt Co. Asking if the DNA evening would honor the pricing. I did not get an answer with EITHER e-mail. Lousy customer service. If it’s no longer made, a one liner to me would be appreciated. I use several Dr. Brandt products. Would appreciate answers if I take the time to inquire about product. Kathleen

I emailed twice about a product and never got a response

Never received all of my

Never received all of my order. I emailed twice and called. Finally received a response on 9-1-2021 saying it will be mailed to me. I received an email with a tracking number. On 9-21-2021, I still have not received it. The tracking number says: “order processed - ready for UPS”. Looks like it was never sent to me. I sent an email on 9-21-2021, waiting for a response. Not happy.

C-scription came yellow/brown so apparently oxidized

The C-scription that was part of a set (spot removal, C-scription and liquid shield) was yellow/brown in color. They are always white! The vit C oxidized and the serum is not that powerful anymore. I guess it was stored in inappropriate conditions on dr brandt end. I emailed Dr brandt about but I didn’t hear anything from them. Very disappointed with customer service.
