No Customer Service!
I ordered my usual “No More Baggage” I early November and received a package about 2 weeks later. What was inside was NOT what I ordered. There were 3 tubes of pore concealer, something I never order inside the box along with the packing slip that clearly stated “3 tubes Of “No More Baggage” which was NOT in the box. I have emailed and called customer service numerous times and the only response I received was “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Evidently that means NEVER because it’s been almost 30 days since I first contacted your company and still no one has responded. As a long time customer I am more than disappointed in your lack of concern for a mistake that was made on your end and nothing has been done to correct it. The offers you make in the emails I receive have been incentives for me to order directly from you in the past. I like and use “No More Baggage” every day and if you keep any record of my orders you will see that’s just about the only thing I order. It’s a shame that once I place an order and pay for it that I’m totally ignored. Do I feel like a valued customer? Absolutely NOT!
