I never received my free gift. When I sent an email about it, I never received a response.

I received the wrong product and despite following up with customer service have not gotten a resolution.

I returned two containers of moisturizer because they did nothing for my skin and made it dry, flaky, and red. I have yet to hear back that I may get a refund. Would recommend Dr. Brandt have a policy in place to deal with unsatisfied customers.

I need more vitamin C and you are out.

I have been trying to get in touch with the company and NOTHING!!! I have called numerous times it goes to an answer machine, I have wrote numerous emails never get replies and the chat is never open. If I didn’t receive products I would think this website was a scam. I just need to talk to someone regarding my account and redeeming my points.
