NO ONE RESPONDS TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS! I Called 3 TIMES AND EMAILED CS 3 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

Very Unhappy ordering from this website! I never received my order even though I contact DR. Brandt Skincare customer care. I will never order from this website again.

My items never arrived. Called customer service, left several voicemails, emailed, nothing - not even a reply. Now contesting with credit card.

I received bad product (No More Baggage) a tiny tube for $42.00. I immediately requested a return label and was told you had to wait for approval? The product couldn't even be squeezed out of the tube it was so dry. I finally rec. a label and their P.O. Box received the product back on March 9th. Today is March 30th. No response after asking twice for a credit and they NEVER answer their CUSTOMER SERVICE line. DO NOT buy their products this operation is a scam. You will also notice there is no return policy on their web site, I wonder why? Off to dispute this with my credit card company now. I have since noticed looking at other reviews that many others have had the same issue so BUYER BEWARE.
