Unfortunately cant reach customer service. I was hoping to get my order by Christmas but it did not ship yet.

I bought the sunscreen and while I like the contents, the dropper will not dispense it. I contacted customer service over a week ago and got no reply. Disappointing for how expensive it is, and it's a common problem based on other reviews.

I called customer service about an issue I was having and they never called back. My tube of cream was very dry. Very poor customer service

I placed an order on September 24 and was charged shipping. I contacted your office and the representative I talked with, said she would refund the shipping charge because I have been a loyal customer, but I haven't received the credit yet. I would appreciate it, if you would take care of this for me. Thank you!

I attempted to make a purchase on my iPad and it wouldn’t go through. The explanation made no sense. When I attempted to make the purchase from my computer I got the sold out message. Disappointed.
