The order arrived fast! On the selected items I purchased, I like the Luminizer primer; it gives a healthy glow but not too much shimmer! The cool Biotic I like the coolness it produces on my skin, but it breaks my face out. I had to stop using it after a week, so I did not see any relief from my redness.

Good marketing but products do not have tje results promises.

Would like to purchase neck cream without the tool that comes with it. I have eight of them unopened ans sitting in my drawer. still using my original tool.

It just ok. I don’t like feeling greasy in the morning. And I thought the neck cream would work alittle better.

Ultimately, I got answers to my questions... but a full week later. This makes me hesitant to order again because if I have questions, it takes way too long to answer. All of my questions should have been answerable via a bot on the website - not having to leave a message on an answering machine and not getting a message back a week later! I would expect top customer service and technology from this top industry brand that is supposed to be breaking skin technology barriers... not the kind of service my grandmother would provide using her answering machine.
