I Want To Use My Rewards

I was supposed to receive $10.00 off of my purchase by using my rewards but when I went to check out, it was not applied. I immediately sent a note to customer service to let someone know, and no one responded. That is rude and simply unacceptable, especially when that type of behavior is done with a repeat customer. I love the products -- I'm a huge Dr. Brandt fan -- but that really left me rather unhappy. Please rectify the situation. Thanks.

I returned a product that

I returned a product that I did not order the same day I received it and to date I have NOT received a credit on my credit card that was charged for this item. I know the item was received by Dr Brandt because I requested a proof of delivery. It was returned 4 weeks ago. Please advise status of my refund. Thank you.

Poor customer service do not resolve problem. I am going to cancel autonrefill unless my isssue with nonworking dropper dispenser
