I Want To Use My Rewards
I was supposed to receive $10.00 off of my purchase by using my rewards but when I went to check out, it was not applied. I immediately sent a note to customer service to let someone know, and no one responded. That is rude and simply unacceptable, especially when that type of behavior is done with a repeat customer.
I love the products -- I'm a huge Dr. Brandt fan -- but that really left me rather unhappy. Please rectify the situation. Thanks.
