I ordered a xs knee brace for one of my daughters and got an email it was on back order. When the product finally arrived I opened it up and the product that I got was an ankle brace. Not even the right product sent. I could see how it could have been the wrong size but an ankle brace is not a knee brace

These are very different from other socks we have purchased! The elastic at the ankle is very tight and binds. Anyone with lymphedema or swollen ankles should not buy them. My husband’s ankles are not Even that bad. I also had difficulty returning them! They have a ridiculous policy about returning twice! It also took them a very long time to get answers. They had lots of excuses but it happened several times. Once I complained, I got 3 calls in one hour! I was so disappointed as I was a good customer!
