Doc Ortho

I had nothing but problems getting answers to simple questions. I tried several times and never got a call back. When I finally complained, I had 3 people all trying to help me return items. I was told I would have to pay for the returns when I returned a second order because THEY too didn’t fit. The Diabetic socks now have a ridge of elastic which constricts anyones ankle with lymphedema . I have always purchased Doc Ortho socks. NOT ANYMORE. I am done.

I'm not satisfied I did not like the product

Received wrong size. Called Customer Service. Wrong size returned. Still waiting for correct size to arrive

Terrible customer service! I bought wrist braces for a friend who suffered from wrist pain as a gift for Christmas but then I found out that they had gotten steroid shots that had actually helped relieve their pain! I purchased the wrist braces on Dec. 6th. I contacted the store on Dec. 27th, just 2 days after Christmas, about a return and they told me I was a day late and they would not refund my credit card if I sent them back. I was only eligible for store credit but I obviously didn’t need anything from their store. I am very disappointed with this store. I highly recommend you try another place. These people are pretty heartless! And if you have problems with pain in your wrists, do the steroid shots!
