Purchased wrong size. Received a return label and I shipped item back and it was and new order created on Oct 18. But no new replacement as of yet.

Very disappointed. Feet and legs hurt.

I have never received my product

Product was great, but delivery was extremely slow. I kept receiving emails saying my order was delayed, but message was not clear as to why the delay was happening. When I called Doc Ortho, I was told the item was available but that a shipping confirmation was expect of me! It made no sense at all and it was totally unnecessary to make me wait weeks longer for a product I needed to manage pain.
