My experience was just "ok". I don't really have anything impressive to say.

Socks wear down too quickly

Ordering was easy, although I wish that when I ordered the item it would tell me that the item was not in stock, I waited an additional week before the item was shipped, when I thought that when I ordered the item

Socks are not as good as they used to be. Top bands are tighter than before and more restrictive. Why no XXL sizes? The men's XL size 11-13 feels more like 10-12.

Was not happy when I learned the send and return shipping was not refundable upon my return of socks ordered by mistake.
