Very satisfied with the customer service after a long delay and error. Loved the results- a marriage is this year!! Thank you!

Although there was an initial delay with my information, I called after 5 business days and was on the phone with someone within 5 minutes. He had to update my information before the lab could process my results and once that was all done I got my results in 2 days. This was for a paternity test, so they had to speak to my husband (the father) since it was me who sent in the tests, so that was the initial delay. I would use this service again for sure. I live in Canada and this was during the coronavirus outbreak and I still got my results very fast. Definitely recommend.
