Everything went well from start to finish. Ordered next day shipping, was here next business day. Convenient return label with samples was sent out. The days between my package being returned back to DDC, to the day I received the results, was very fast. Even before my ‘estimated expected results’ time frame. Logging in online was a bit funky after trying to log in the day I got my email that the results were ready. But once I logged in, everything was right there and simple. Peace of mind with the results was there for everyone to end the story. I’m very picky. Most companies don’t deserve my 5 stars. I’m here just super impressed that this company does their job. Funny how I can’t say that about others. This was my first time ever doing a dna test, and wow was it easier than I expected, no nerves here after. Thank you again, take care.
