Helps with hip pain but needs a stronger wider band to hold device on my hip.

The vibe is a 5 star but the battery pack doesn't work. Customer service was very kind to replace my power cord when it was destroyed with my vacuum cleaner but I also mentioned battery pack doesn't charge and even though I have sent 2 requests, still no answer/ solution,
