I contacted about the starter velcro of the short band falling off and have not heard back.

Fast shipping of the product!! Only thing I would change would be the response for questions/issues. I didn't realize I needed location services turned on in order for the unit to connect to the app. I submitted a question that was never answered. There was nothing in the provided literature about it either. I was frustrated and ready to return until I went through the setup process a second time and realized that was needed. Please update the literature OR respond to submitted issues.
