I purchased 2 sets of prescription glasses, no where did it say these were kid sizes, I also uploaded my photo to see how they looked and they fit like adult sizing. They fit my 6 year old! I would give zero stars if possible.

Chose glasses according to site instructions. Sent RX by email. Received glasses + way too small! Called 800 number + girl said the larger size (same type glasses!) was $30 more! Couldn’t help me find comparable one but she did stay in phone as I asked questions. I found one that looked comparable. She then informed me (after 45 minutes on the phone!) that the RX was expired! The whole process takes awhile (order, shipping etc) but Really, he couldn’t just get the glasses with Same RX?! You even have a Vision Test online but that wouldn’t work (said it was Unavailable!) she did say it’s easier to just go to a store near me. Didn’t apologize or make me feel she understood the huge frustration of this!! Sent another RX with extension + haven’t heard back yet.
