Glasses returned still waiting on refund.
Glasses delivered, tried on, fit perfectly, looked through lens only field of vision that was not blurry was direct center where the eye's iris is. Immediately called customer service was informed to returned glasses and the customer representative who confirmed prescription wrote down the wrong prescription that was given to them. Was informed a refund of monies was being issued and would take 5 - 8 business days from the time Discount Glasses received back the defective glasses. This call occurred on 01/23/2020, as of today's date 01/31/20 at 7:10 a.m. E.S.T. I have not seen or heard about new glasses sent or the refund and most assuredly if you can't take down a prescription correctly then am I to assume your company can't make may glasses in the future.
