Usually my experience with discount glasses has been exceptional. Yesterday, I had a bad service experience. This review is more for the company than readers. I still think the company overall is a 5 star! Unfortunately, sometimes associates of a company ruin the experience for the customers. Those associates can leave a lasting negative memory and run customers away.

Ordered a pair of tinted prescription glasses, came in in un tinted. Sent back ordered a 2nd pair, came back in un tinted. Third pair on its way supposedly, kinda exited to see if you can get this one right.

I enjoyed the experience or ordering on line. I received my glasses promptly. Glasses are horrible. Fall off my face as soon as look down. There isn't any bend or give. If I try to get them to fit my face I believe they would break in half. Light as aplastic feather.

Kids glasses don't last and with all the added extras they just don't seem to last.

Lenses were sticking out of the frame and rub my daughters face, sizing was wrong. They slide off of her head while the strap is tightened as tight as it will go.
