Order processing was fast and my glasses were shipped but I haven't received my order and the last tracking update was on December 24 and no other updates or order has been received

The. Color was not portrayed well in the picture I was ordering from. The green pearl is more like a deep Forrest green

I wasn't very happy with my glasses because 1 they are for distance and I could not see out of them very well especially at night and 2 the frames seemed to be the worst color in the bunch nothing like the picture of them on the website which is why I picked I loved the color of the frames and they weren't true to color. I would like to return them and get a refund is this something I can do?

I loved the frames they are nice quality however the lenses have a chip on the top of them.

Glasses were great when I first got them, had them about ten days and the filament broke that holds the one lenses in place. Very disappointed.
