Order missing
I placed an order that never showed up. No biggie, it happens. It was likely the fault of the shipping company.
However, I reached out to customer service in the beginning of May, and they offered to reship the package upon confirming my address. I confirmed the address and waited. It is now the end of May and I have not heard back. I sent a follow up email to ensure I did what was needed of me to have the package reshipped but have still not received a response after 5 days.
