Hello - I placed my order 3 weeks ago and have not received. I’ve sent 2 follow up emails and have not gotten a reply.

The product is wonderful! The shipping took forever to get here. It took 15 days while other purchases I made on the same day from other companies came in within 7 days. FedEx was not the best shipper this time.

Been using for a couple of weeks and it still feel like a chemical burn every time and I haven’t seen a difference in my skin at all
