This works
I am still in the trial working through. For my sleep apnea process. We have had to make some adjustments and currently on band three. I do feel a bit more rested and with the suggestion of my follow up person soaking my retainer in hot water because it was too tight. It has now helped with that.
This is not an overnight quick fix process. It takes some adjustments and time. I have taken some breaks in between and still have felt more rested than before.
I’m looking forward to a long-term much better rest by continuing using my Daybreak processes.
I would say don’t hesitate go ahead and try it. My snoring has definitely improved, but is still there.
