Easy to get started. Great customer service.

Honestly, you think could this work? It does. I was referred by a trusted friend to this. My wife thought I might have early stages of apnea as it runs in my family and I’ve recently started snoring. The process was relatively easy and the support has been fantastic through daybreak. It may be pricey, but it has definitely helped me sleep better and have more restful sleep. My ring data has shown improvements in my sleep data since starting this over a month ago. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

The process with daybreak has been easy and efficient. They stay in close contact with you the whole time and explain everything clearly for you. I wish I hadn’t put off the process so long cause I was dreading it. Daybreak made so simple

I’ve had the mouthpiece for less than a month, I have worn it every night. My husband has commented that while I still may have some snoring episodes, they are hushed and only last a few seconds. I feel way more rested each morning than I did before starting daybreak!
