Ordered Amber Massey’s collab. Was suppose to get a free mini. Never received it.

I placed an order on 5/19/24. My order was supposed to be delivered on 5/28/24 but the items were missing from the package. I submitted a claim on 6/2/24 to replace the missing items. I have yet to receive these items.

My son and I used Sol Brush (correctly and copiously) and were extremely sunburnt the first day of our family vacation which ruined most of our trip. I reached out on instagram and was told we could start the refund process but nobody has responded again. Please advise.

I was so excited to try the Sol brush since it’s highly recommended. I used it on me and my children when we went to the beach and lake and we all got sunburnt. We applied several times in hopes it would keep us covered, unfortunately it did not.

Very difficult to actually get powder on one’s skin thru this brush Not sure why it doesn’t apply easier than this given the higher price point. Bought a competitor brand for half the price and it comes out of that brush just fine on the skin Perhaps you would be more patient than I am trying to get this applied to kids racing to be outside ?
