Pure Sol Beauty

I had high hopes for this sunscreen. Unfortunately it did not meet even the lowest level of expectation. I thoroughly applied this to myself and my kids and we all got FRIED! I thought this could have been an application issue but met someone else who was using the Sol brush and witnessed it not working for her either.

I had an issue with getting the powder to even come out at first. When it finally started working, I used it to go on a 30 minute walk, didn't sweat like at all where I applied it, and still got burnt!

Used it for the first time and reapplied multiple times! Was in the sun for 3 hrs during a fun pool day. I didn’t get in the water but watched the kids. Was hoping this would work because I don’t like the sticky feel of sunscreen. Unfortunately I ended the day fries to a crisp! Spent the next 5 days in pain!

I ordered April 18th for a trip I am taking in June. It’s now May 24th and I have yet to receive any product. I filled out a request for replacement on May 17th since I purchased the LABL guarantee. It says they’re committed to “quick resolutions and typically review within 1 business day”. However, I have yet to see any updates or movement with my claim. I was so excited to try out this new take on sunscreen but very disappointed in the whole experience.

I order two shimmer and received two regular. Have sent two emails and still have not heard back. Most frustrating, as I leave for vacation in 2 weeks and do not have what I ordered.
