Just doesn't seem to work
I've tried this product on myself and my four daughters three separate times. After the first use, we were all sunburned. I assumed it was user error and thought the brush just needed more use to get the powder flowing, so I was eager to try again.
On the second attempt, the powder was definitely dispensing and the brush was less stiff, but we still ended up burned—even after reapplying every 80 minutes as directed.
Given the high cost, I gave it one last try. This time, I reapplied every 60 minutes. I even had my daughters get out of the pool, dry off, apply the sunscreen, and wait 15 minutes before returning to the water. Still, they burned.
I don’t know if I received two defective bottles or if the product simply doesn’t work, but I’m very disappointed. If it were effective, it would be an amazing, mess-free alternative to traditional sunscreen. I want to love it, but I am not sold.
