Me and my daughter have fair skin but typically do well when wearing SPF 50. We reapplied about every 90min over a 6 hour period on and off in the sun. Major sunburn, as if we didn’t put on any sunscreen at all. So disappointing.

No protection

I haven't had a sunburn in so long that I can't actually remember how long. My first time using this and I'm burned. I applied LIBERALLY, so much that I was sparkling like a diamond. Everyone commented on how sparkly I was. I reapplied again, as we were out for 2. 5 hours. Literally burned on my face, chest and arms after that. I couldn't enjoy my second day on the lake because of it. I didn't the rest of the weekend slathering on aloe and wearing a long sleeve shirt over my swimsuit. I splurged on this sunscreen (I live on a single income) because of all the influencers swearing by it, but now I'm convinced they're paid to do that and this product is a scam. I went back to my spray sunscreen and to not recommend this to anyone.

Wishing it worked

Unfortunately this is not working well for our family. It’s incredibly hard to see if the powder is coming out; and even after applying to my son’s face 3 times to make extra sure that he was covered, he got burnt. This cost a lot of money and we are unable to use it.

Not for me

I ordered the translucent shimmer because people in my family have different skin tones. We all burnt pretty badly. I am very diligent about applying sunscreen every hour and after getting out of water. It was clearly applied because we had shimmer everywhere. I’m not sure if the translucent formula vs the shaded formulas make a difference? Great product in theory but it’s just not going to work for us. Unfortunately I bough multiple sticks ☹️

Not translucent

Not translucent, unless you want to be white as a ghost. Leaves a white covering everywhere applied.
