Recommended the wrong texture and was not able to exchange the product for the right product. Waste of money. Will never order from here again.

have a robust distaste for this company. I was sent the wrong hair conditioner and instead of offering to replace it immediately, they requested that I send proof/photo. This distrust after previously purchasing $500 worth of hair ! Very insulting ! Waste of my time and they need to get their quality control together. I will never patronize kinkistry again.

I’m not happy at all with the unit. The unit was greatly made as far as the tracks sewed on and options for fitting. But it’s honestly to much hair on the cap. The hair is so big on the unit i honestly can’t even wear it. The way the curl also falls in that picture they do not fall that way in person. It’s really big and gives a Tina turner look (not a good look). I’ve tried so many different products even went to a professional salon to get it shaped and the curls fixed but a professional couldn’t fix it. The curls are also different , different parts of the unit (some parts have more curls than others) I spent a lot of (about $400) Money so I’m really really disappointed :(
