You should stand by your product and offer better compensation when you can clearly see there was something wrong with your product. Why would you think 20% off my next purchase would be an acceptable offer when half of the hair is no good.

Didn't get a match instead I hot recommendations for wig types. What I could have done on my own. Waste of money

For the price and look absurd!! I was excited receiving/opening the package. Once I opened it, I was pissed!!! I was expecting a wig to look like picture or close to it. Unbelievable!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY OR SATISFIED with this wig. Not for me !!
